varicose vein

I can’t believe that I get varicose vein on my legs. I guess I did not take good care of my body like when I was in manila Philippines or in Thailand .When I was in Thailand, my boyfriend and I was riding a bicycle jogging every morning, playing badminton and other sports. Now that I am here in United States, I never did any kind of exercise my body I think this is one of the reason why I got this varicose vein on my legs. I just hope that they will go away soon because its look bad on my legs.
